You can change your plan by clicking the “Manage subscription” button in your online FlexiHub account and selecting a new plan that best fits your needs.
To cancel your subscription, log in to your online FlexiHub account, open the account settings menu by clicking the arrow icon next to your email address, and select Cancel subscription.
Yes, the Personal, Business Starter, and Business Plus Plans allow you to create a free Demo account that will be active for 30 days. During the demo period, you’ll be able to establish connections to up to 5 remote devices.
When the demo period is over, your Demo account will be deactivated.

The Business Starter and Business Plus Plans provide the ability to create team member accounts that are secondary to the main account of the subscription owner. The main FlexiHub account owner manages access to team members’ accounts by generating unique login tokens and providing them to the team members.
Having a separate account for each team member is a great way to manage access to the remote devices of each individual on the team.
